Where is my confirmation email as my plan has already been changed

  1. I ordered a upgrade yesterday by phone, I haven't had any confirmation of it via email or text, yet my plan has changed on line. 
  2. I was offered a next day delivery which I have taken and nothing from dpd either 
  3. What is happening with my order 
  4. Feeling very disappointed in we

Unfortunately here in the community, we have no access to accounts, this is a public forum.

 

Have you logged into your account to see whether there is anything showing there?

 

Have you checked your junk mail to see if the email confirmation has turned up there?

 

You will otherwise have to ring customer service to find out.

 

DPD will notify you of delivery for the next day the evening before and on the day you will receive another text letting you know roughly what time the delivery will be.
