I'd like to know how long the delay on the huawei p30 pro will be, pre ordered and with less than 24hours notice get told there is an indefinite delay?!

Based on how much I currently pay for my handset, it would have gone down more than £10!
I don't think that it's being handled very well - if it wasn't such a good phone (from reviews) with an excellent camera I'd be heading to 02
Vodafone got offered £50 credit to their accounts for the delay
A one day delay is alright, but not this 2 week crap

I have now escalated my complaint to the ombudsman having reached a deadlock and been offered £30 as a resolution.

Feel everyone’s pain.
Thank you to EE Alloa, Sam and Ian for getting this resolved quickly. I find it positive that the guys in shop can sort in 20 minutes what the 150’s could not.

I went into an EE store yesterday and got the black one instead on the same contract they offered etc. Took them a solid 1hr to sort but cannot fault the in store customer service .
Typing this off my new P30 Pro and it was definitely worth kicking up the fuss

I ordered the pro 128gb in blue on Thursday, i've heard nothing at all. I thought i would be able to collect from my local store yesterday but no email or text to say i can. I dont want to keep calling EE and become a nuisance but does anyone know if there is a delay on this model and colour?

They did for me as i ordered before the cut off date. Just want to know if theres a delay on my model and colour as i've heard nothing at all, no text or email.

So from lengthy investigation it’s huawei that didn’t make enough or supply enough 512’s.
the free Sonos is nothing to do with EE. This is a Huawei offer and to claim you go via H not EE.
In my case I cancelled and got a different p30 but will still go after H for my sonos somehow

If you contact Huawei promotions they should be able to help you out as long as you have the initial pre order and proof that you now have the P30 Pro, perhaps just in a diftdiffe colour .
