Watch S6 Nike 44mm

What is happening with the delivery dates on the watch S6 Nike 44mm. I was promised I’d have it on Friday 18th, then when it didn’t arrive I was told that it was going to be delayed by up to seven days. It’s now not on the EE website but I have an outstanding order for it???

The Apple Watch Series 6 Nike 44mm is available to order on the EE Shop.

 

The expected dispatch is in 7 days. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a text from DPD with the delivery details.

Heya @Alex_S , a lot of the info is really ambiguous. I think a lot of people are confused by the 7 days thing, for example on the product page: "Order now. We’ll deliver to you in 7 days once we receive stock from our Supplier" could lead to a few different delivery date expectations. 

 

And in this case do you mean 7 days from Tuesday or 7 days after an order made in general? As expressed by a lot of other customers it would be cool if this info was a bit clearer on the product pages themselves, some people feel misled and could have purchased from another shop. 

 

I'm curious myself about my delivery and also can't find clear info, plus the chat system hasn't worked for a couple of days - regardless of the option I press it tells me chat isn't available for my selected option... so none of them. A little annoying.

The device is available to order and will be dispatched within 7 days of the order being placed. 

 

Orders will be dispatched on a first come first basis as we receive the stock from Apple.

 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a text from DPD with the delivery details.

Hi I am also confused by this and very frustrated by the lack of clarity and updates from EE my order should have been del last Friday but the wrong device was sent, it was re-ordered on Friday the 18th with a promise of del on sat 19th. Still no watch no updates and very frustrated customer

Update -now one week since order placed still no watch no updates on the order checking, Customer service and updates non existent

I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team about this.

 

They will be able to access your account and give you an update.

same for me. Order placed over a week ago for a 40mm and a 44mm 

 

40mm was delivered next day but the 44m shows only as order confirmed. I contacted customer service and they said it’ll be 7 days....but 7 days from when?

 

i just tried to place a new order and your web shop said it’s in stock

 

 

I did contact your team and they said I’ll get a text when it’s on the way. 

EE excel in many things but this is a bit of a let down sadly, I paid extra for an early upgrade and I feel that’s money wasted since you didn’t sent it within 7 days as you said you would.
