I apologise if this post is a bit off topic…
Yet again today while out & about someone commented on my iPhone 13 Pro Max (256 GB Sierra Blue). Was asked the usual questions as if I’d had it 6 months and not 2 weeks but when I mentioned I was with EE the response was well OTT. The person went from telling me how much they’d like a 13 Pro Max to saying if EE were the only mobile company supplying them they’d rather do without… I’ve been a 100% happy EE customer for me last 3 iPhones and have no plans in leaving the company but I’ve met so many people without a chip on their shoulder regarding EE I can’t help but scratch my head and think “if they’ve been an EE customer in the past what had they expected EE to do for them or how did they behave as an EE customer that made them leave?”. A lot of people spitting blood about EE had never actually been an EE customer, they had listened to and believed someone else who disliked EE for whatever reason. As well as my iPhone 13 Pro Max (256 GB Sierra Blue) I’ve got a Series 6 Cellular Apple Watch 44mm (PRODUCT) RED and I can honestly say I’ve decided on the right company to provide them! I’ve had problems along the way since becoming an EE customer but they have ALWAYS worked really hard to get those problems solved (and succeeded…).Just before I finish and give my finger a rest (and your eyes) I’ll say how happy I am with my iPhone 13 Pro Max (preordered September 17th and received it on the 24th). Next thing on my list is to upgrade my Series 6 Apple Watch 44mm to a Series 7 45mm. Thanx to all @ EE for being such a fantastic team.
