Ordered Samsung watch on 3rd, chose it as it said dispatched in 1 day and I could pay monthly.
Recieved an email and order number once ordered and heard nothing since.
Number doesnt work on the tracking page and the site says customer services cannot get any more details.
I think it is a bit misleading to put dispatched in one day if that isnt happening, it would also be better if customers could actually get an update because it is becoming increasingly frustrating when you expect to have a product within days.
What option do I have for finding out about my order if tracking doesn't work and customer services arent able to find anything out!

@Tink33 Have you called customer services about this ? Because I would. And if you have a tracking number it will show tracking of your order, But if your putting in your order number which starts with a KXO it will not track as that’s just an order number.
