Ipad ordered 3 weeks ago

Hi, 

 

I ordered an ipad Pro about 3 weeks ago. No news since. Delivery tracker isn't working.

The shops are open again now... Should I just cancel my order (and contract) and buy one from the apple store?

@Nikkijcraven   Have you called customer services about this ?   The only tracker does work but only if you have a tracking number ?
