I upgraded last monday to a Google Pixel 5. I was told that I would have 14 days from date of purchase to change my mind on the phone (and as I've never had a Pixel phone previously I'm unsure whether I will like the phone). I checked my tracking today and the estimate delivery is 2nd of November, which is 14 days from purchase date. Which means I will have missed out on the "changed my mind" period. In the mean time the iphone 11 which was my first option has reduced in price and it would've been an option I would go for if I didn't like the new device. I was initially told the ohone would be dispatched within a week. Is there a way to have an extended period of to change my mind?

@LHafal1 , the 14 day return is once you have received your phone, not the date of purchase, so when you have received your phone, you then have 14 days to make up your mind and return it.
