Ordered a phone got confirmation buy email with order number,phoned them and they cant go ahead with my order without it..........

If you have the order number, then surely they can go ahead with it and check where it is at, your query does not make sense, apart from anything else this is a public forum and no account access, so you will have to discuss this with customer service.

Sorry my post had a few words missing,I haven't received a confirmation email so no order number,

@JasonAllsop73 , Then you can just order again, since you had no confirmation email and they cannot find your order, as it would show up in your account. Do not worry if you receive two of them, you can request a return label to return it for free and if any money etc has gone out on your account, they will credit it back.

hi i ordered an upgrade the other day and never received any email or order number, i contacted chat who gave me the tracking number.  still had no emails but now have shiny new phone.
