I ordered an Nintendo Switch on add to plan on the 25th of November and recieved an e-mail informing me it was currently out of stock but it would be sent out as soon as new stock came in. This 2 months ago and I've heard nothing since then.
It may be worth speaking to our Mobile Care team to check your order. We have a couple of different variants in stock at the moment that you could maybe be switched to.
