@Paul167   Have you reached the minimum term of your contract?  If you have then any discount you had is now removed.  You would of received an email about the minimum term of your contract nearing its end.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE provide no email contact but they did warn you when you took it out.

.When you reach the end of your min. contract term your bill will increase as you would've been informed when you took it out. You can see this even now with EE's current offers:

Fibre Plus Broadband
  • 54-73 Mb/s estimated download speed range
  • £27 a month, 18 month contract, then £42 a month

Which EE BB package do you have?

Instead of letting your current contract run on at the higher price, all you have to do is commit to a new 18-month contract for the same BB package at a lower price than you are paying now. You can do this online thro' your MyEE for BB under Change your broadband plan .

Hi @Paul167

A little life hack for you.

When you take out any contract set the expiry date in your phone calender and a second date one month before. That way you never forget when your contract is up. This is particularly helpful if you use the same account accross a few devices.

Thanks
