I have just ported from O2 and I'm now not receiving any verification texts from banks etc.
I see this is an ongoing issue, can someone look into this please?

Hi @ChrisM89 and welcome.
Unfortunately, this (public) forum doesn't have any account access and so you will need to call C/S on 150 in the morning to report this.
