was supposed to be an update but the website had problems when I ordered it and it’s come through with a new number. Can you help? It’s my son’s phone but attached to my account.

You best call EE CS on 150 tomorrow to ensure you haven't taken out a new line and phone by mistake.

The website was glitching when I started the update then it started bugging again at the end. When I checked online there were others with the same issues but it sorted itself out. Thought it was ok until the phone arrived with new sim & number.
