VM OFF strange response

Hi I’m trying to turn off my Voicemail on iPhone, in response to VM OFF texted to 150, I get a message saying “we can’t give you your Orange Safeguard status at the moment”.

 Can anyone help fix this?

Have you ever had visual voicemail on your phone?

I get the same message consistently. Have not had visual voicemail.
