My plan allows me to still use data (stay connected) mode when running completely out of data. But on my 4G mini WiFi device, how do I enable this? It doesn't switch to stay connected data automatically. Only way I am able to enable it is by removing the SIM and inserting it in to my phone then logging in to my account then enabling it there. This is too much hassle. Can it now switch automatically??
None of the devices connected to the router have internet. Only way is removing the SIM from the router and activating the free data on a mobile phone, then reinserting it back to the router
You shouldn't need to take any action to activate your Stay Connected data. What action did you need to take when logging into you account on your mobile phone?
