Hello, I ordered a new iPhone13 upgrade on Thursday 2nd Dec. I revived the xko order email, but still no confirmation on order itself. When upgrading it said this was in stock, iPhone 13 128Gb starlight. Can you confirm if and when you expect to deliver or if there are any issues with product availability.

The current guidance for that model is to expect dispatch within 7 days. So hopefully you'll hear from DPD about the delivery.

Thanks, been over a week now and still no email re delivery and still when check the xko number it says no information. How do I find out where my order is?

If you're unable to track your order online I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team.
They will be able to access your account and see what is happening.
