Upgraded but received no email or delivery details

I placed an order on Sunday and received a text from EE to say my order had gone through. I was told to expect delivery on 28th Oct but I haven't received any emails from EE re my order or no updates on when to expect my delivery.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Have you tried downloading the DPD app and entering your details to see if you can track your delivery?

It was the Google pixel 6 pro.

I did download the dpd app as I saw that it was recommended but it didn't come up with anything.

The current estimated delivery guidance for that model and colour (for new orders) is to expect dispatch within 14 days.

 

As we receive stock, we'll clear orders on a first come, first served basis with the oldest orders being cleared first.
