Hi,
I ordered an upgrade on the 16th Dec & am still waiting for confirmation text message for delivery. I have the order number which came over on the email but this doesn't work when searching for it on the tracker. Can anyone help me please 🙏

@RSHIRLEY75 I've just tried to login to that site and It cant find an order when I use my email address, but is fine if I try my phone number?

If you're unable to track your order online, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can give you an update on this.
