Upgrade online sending old phone back for trade in

Hi I have ordered an upgrade with trade in of my old device when I asked about this in one of your stores I was told I wouldn't have to return my current phone until I recieved my new phone however I have recieved an email saying that I have until 26th June to send my current phone back and am still awaiting a delivery date confirmation for my new phone I have 2 children so cannot be without a phone if my new one doesn't arrive when In store I was told I wouldn't have to send my phone without new one being here

@Fi15   Call customer service as you shouldn’t have to return your old device or be requested to send in in till you get the new one.
