Hi,
I upgraded my phone on the 28th Feb and received confirmation. I contacted customer services because I hadn’t received a dispatch email and they said wait more than 24 hours. However it’s been over 24 hours and I still haven’t received any further information. Can someone please help? The money has gone from my account.

@Han22 You’ll need to call customer services about this as it’s an account related issue. And you’ll only get the notification if a device has been allocated to you and that can be sent out to you.
