Hi, I completed an upgrade on line a couple of days ago and had my confirmation email. I then had an email to say there is a discrepancy between the account and order form? I am using the same direct debit as before. It says to ring. I have tried to ring on and off for 2 days but can’t get through. Is there any other way of contacting? The email is no reply and I’ve searched the web page but can’t find another way of contact. Thank you.

@Dpbr You have to call just don’t hang up.
