I upgraded my phone on the 12th online and it sed despatched in 1-2 day so far heard nothing ?

Have you received an email with your order confirmation from EE?
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a further email with details to track your order.
If you haven't received any emails from the online shop, I would recommend giving our customer care team a call to check on the status of your order.
