Not received my new upgrade

I have ordered a new upgrade about 3 weeks ago now and i got the order confirmation email but still haven't received a confirmation email for the dispatch or even the tracking information, can this somehow please be looked at thanks

What date did you place the order on the online shop?

 

Can you let me know the make, model and variant of the phone your ordered? I can check the stock level and estimated delivery time for you.

Hi Alex, i placed the order on 23/06/20 and it was Samsung Galaxy A71 - (Good As New)

128GB Silver

I can't see the Samsung A71 as available on our good as new pages.

 

I would recommend giving our upgrades team a call to check the status of your order. and the availability of the device.
