Hi - I arranged my standard upgrade this morning at around 6.30am, hoping for same day delivery to my work address. This wasn't available, so I used my home address in the hopes that it would be delivered tomorrow (Saturday) but while I received the email confirming that I had placed an order, I haven't received anything since then with any details about the delivery.
I am worried that the delivery won't be attempted until Monday when I won't be at home - how soon am I likely to know about the delivery date?

@von_b You’ll only get a Saturday delivery if it’s offered and then you might have pay for the delivery. As a rule DPD don’t do Saturday delivery’s unless it’s a device launch, so you’ll probably get the device if it’s available on Monday/Tuesday.

To add a further update, I have had an email now, but only to tell me that the phone is out of stock? Which seems odd to me as the ee shop site still says that the phone is IN stock...

It's the Sony Xperia 10. It was definitely showing as in stock on Friday morning when I did the upgrade online.

Hi @von_b,
The website is currently showing dispatch within seven days for that model.
We'll send you a text with tracking details as soon as it is on its way.
I'm sorry for the delay.
