Upgrade and upfront cost issues

Hi All, I placed an order Thursday Night but all I received was the initial confirmation email and no upfront cost was taken from my bank. 

 

That was until around 9pm last night when I received an email saying there was a problem with bank details and my cost was declined. There is definitely money in my account. 

 

Anyway I went back online and my upgrade option was back so I have tried again. This time same thing so far in that I have received initial email and no cost has been taken. 

 

Has anyone else had similar problems? Phone lines are obviously very busy at moment and chat switched off.

It sounds like you will need to speak with our upgrades team so they can check everything on your account.
