I placed an order for an early upgrade on Friday (26th Feb). I had to place the order via live chat to replace my multi line discount with a perk discount as I couldn't apply it in checkout. The gentleman I was talking to provided me an order number but I can't track this and I also have no email confirmation. I paid quite a large early upgrade fee and I'm a little bit concerned as there is no receipt or anything. I am aware the phone (S21+ Black) is expected despatch within 7 days but I would have though I would have still had some form of confirmation?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive tracking details from DPD via text or email.
Has the payment been taken for your early upgrade fee?

Hi, yes the money all went out on Friday. I have an order number it’s just unable to track and I have no form of receipt for the payment
