Apple Watch

Hey, I ordered an apple watch on the 22nd of February. I got an email confirmation but I haven't heard anything since. Whenever I try to track the order it says I can't. Can someone let me know what is going on with my order?

It is an Apple Watch Series 5 Nike+ (GPS+4G) 44mm Aluminium Case in Space Grey
