Just what are you after?

  • Unlock your phone to use on other networks? OR
  • Unblock your SIM after trying too many incorrect PINs?

They are 2 separate functions.

I was trying to unlock my phone to use on a different network 🙂

What happens when you use the unlock code sent to you by EE? You shouldn't be needing a PUK.

Where did you yourself get this device itself originally? Did you buy it yourself new direct from EE or from a 3rd-party reseller or is it 2nd-hand? The unlocking process & costs are different.

I bought it from EE as a pay monthly phone and the second I am putting different SIM card it’s asking me for PUK code

Which network's PUK are you giving it? It needs to be the same as the different SIM's.

You sure it's asking for a "PUK" & not something like "NUC" or "NCK"?
