I was trying to unlock my phone Samsung Galaxy s8 because my contract is finishing I did get the unlock code and I’ve found my PUK but when I am putting my PUK in it is saying that it’s wrong but it’s not so I don’t understand what I supposed to do. Please someone help me

Just what are you after?
- Unlock your phone to use on other networks? OR
- Unblock your SIM after trying too many incorrect PINs?
They are 2 separate functions.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

What happens when you use the unlock code sent to you by EE? You shouldn't be needing a PUK.
Where did you yourself get this device itself originally? Did you buy it yourself new direct from EE or from a 3rd-party reseller or is it 2nd-hand? The unlocking process & costs are different.

I bought it from EE as a pay monthly phone and the second I am putting different SIM card it’s asking me for PUK code

Which network's PUK are you giving it? It needs to be the same as the different SIM's.
You sure it's asking for a "PUK" & not something like "NUC" or "NCK"?
