Have just received my new phone and this morning has requested for it to be unlocked, however face recognition is not working. Have been informed that they will send sms/email, however if sent by SMS I will not get to read it. Can anyone help.

EE doesn't unlock its contract phones within the 1st 6 months while it owns them.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

@Cfairey0 if face recognition isn’t working then you just enter your passcode to unlock the device so you can gain access to your text messages.
