I'm selling my samsung galaxy s6 lite and they are asking me if it is locked to EE, how do I know this?

@babylou27 If you haven’t requested it to be unlocked and you got it from EE then the device is locked. The person purchasing this can request it to be unlock by paying a fee of £8.99 or you can request this and it’ll be free.

The best test is to obtain or borrow a SIM configured for the O2, Three, or Vodafone network (or a MVNO using these), and checking that it functions in that phone.
