Unlimited internet

I have ran out of mobile data but I do also have unlimited internet bolt on but I can't seem to find out where this is shown on my app

Assuming you are on pay monthly, do any of the below links in the signature help?

 

If you have an Unlimited Data Add-On active, you should not be offered smaller data Add-Ons (e.g. 10 GB).

 

In the app, it is likely to be under Add-Ons.

@Joelbarnes  If you have any add ons these will show under add ons within your online account 

 

@mikeliuk  do any of the links in the below signature help ?  How are they supposed to know that you’re providing the help or are you expecting someone to click through them all to find out.  Really   Lol    

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

All of the first three links provide the information.

 

I've gone with convention with the hyperlinks describing what is linked so the later links are clearly not relevant.

 

I've assumed the ability to read.
