'Unlimited' data suddenly has a limit now?

My unlimited internet just cut out, and when I tried to find out why, I saw that the 4GEE app on my phone is telling me my 200GB data has run out.

Problem is, I have an unlimited data plan, as can quite clearly be seen when I look at my tariff in the very same app.

I'm paying £55 a month, and this is really making me think I ought to take my business somewhere else.

If http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status is showing 0mb, then its unlikely your EE SIM is currently configured for Unlimited Data, Ring CS on 150 and ask them to confirm your Plan Details, if you are UL then there is an issue with your Plan.

I contacted the mobile care team, there was something weird going on at EE's end, so they reset it and (touch wood) things are working again.
