My unlimited internet just cut out, and when I tried to find out why, I saw that the 4GEE app on my phone is telling me my 200GB data has run out.
Problem is, I have an unlimited data plan, as can quite clearly be seen when I look at my tariff in the very same app.
I'm paying £55 a month, and this is really making me think I ought to take my business somewhere else.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

I think there is a problem. When I just logged on to My EE it's saying we have no data left and we're unlimited.

Ah. Another technical glitch? Great.
I guess there's some small solace in knowing I'm not the only one affected.

I'm with another provider for my actual mobile phone, so it just tells me I need to be on EE to get that information.

OK, that's cool, does this Other Phone Provider not have it's Own Community Forum, or you just here because it a nice place to be. 😉

@FuchsiaShock : If you are referring to an EE unlimited SIM in a mobile router, look at http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see your data & credit status.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

I apologise if I've not been clear enough- I have a 4GEE mobile broadband router with EE, and my mobile phone is with another provider. The other phone provider isn't going to be able to help me with the failure of EE's service, for obvious reasons.
EE's service is the one that has failed, EE are going to have to be the ones who fix it.
