Hi,
I just add an unlimited data passa on mu current package and it says that I will pay 10£ extra.
I payed 20£ for this and it shows me that the next month they will take more 20£. So I just want to cancel this.

Your 2nd pic cannot be approved while it shows your mobile no.
Try texting STOP UNLIMITED to 150.
