Unlimited Data plan 5G Iphone 13

I took out another unlimited data plan on my upgrade. I don’t currently have my new iPhone yet so I understand currently that my unlimited data can not be used on my phone number until my handset is delivered. I see again today once my allowance has reset that it’s only gone to 84gb again and not unlimited taking into consideration that no gift data has taken place yet. I’m not sure why it’s not showing a 100gb like it use to on my old plan?. Also I can see that on a 5G plan you get to gift data 120gb?. It would mean I’m losing out on my fist data allowance amount as I’m unsure why it’s showing for the second time at 84gb only?. If it can only be put on that device number at that amount then it should surely be distributed across the other numbers on contract on the same account?. I will ring and enquire if I can’t receive any answers here.

@aliye263 nothing should be shared to other devices on your account from your new tariff even if you don’t have the new device.

if this was an upgrade then all the allowance will be on the that upgrade number/contract.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
Sorry not sure you have understood as I don’t currently have my new handset. My data plan has been put onto my husbands number temporarily until my device arrives. This is what I was told and yes you can gift data share across your account if you have multiple family members. I’m not changing my existing number just upgrading my handset. I’m going to call EE think it would be easier as I was originally told weeks ago when I made the upgrades that I wouldn’t be charged for the new plans until the device was delivered but that’s not the case.
