Unfulfilled Order

Hi all. 

I ordered an IPad a week ago which was showing as “in stock”.  Since then the order status hasn’t moved at all - nothing!  Plus no-one to contact to query status.

 

any similar experience or thoughts?

 

seems pretty poor service

@Gaz13  why is there no one to contact you just need to call customer services.  Don’t hang up when you hear the recorded message.
