Upgrade

I have upgraded online but the app and online and when I text "up" to 150 all say I can still upgrade. My wife did it for me a second time to make sure I'm not being an idiot but it says it's confirmed as well but with a different confirmation code and nothing has come out of my bank (was to pay an upfront cost). So now I'm confused and think I'll be given two phones and two payments when I only want one. Help please!

You can ring customer service to find out and make sure that they have the order and only one order. To be fair you can only do one upgrade, so I doubt that they would send you two phones for the same number, but you also have fourteen days cooling off period, so would be able to send one back, but as I have just written cannot imagine they would send two out.

As @Schockwave mentioned, it wouldn't be possible to upgrade twice so your second order would just be cancelled.

 

You'll get a text message with tracking details as soon as your upgrade is dispatched.
