What is "Superfast 4GEE" and why do I have to call about it

I've just ordered an upgrade and got the order confirmation email. All good.

Then I get a second email claiming that "your order is almost complete - we will have you up-and-running with superfast 4GEE soon." What is that?

I don't want to call anyone, I just want you to send my new phone tia.

Does it say anything else on the email as to why it's 'almost' complete?

Does it say what you need to do?
