Hi....
i have had my phone now for for a week & actually work on the underground so having the WiFi helps to keep connected in case of emergencies. I’ve called 150 & spoken with technical support but it is still not working.
I have forgetting the network, cleared the cache & data like they said & it tells me to register for WiFi even though I have or there’s an error.
IT STILL DOES NOT WORK!
please help!

What did our Tech Gurus advise when you last spoke to them?

They said to clear cache & data which i did, spoke to them again & they refreshed my account. Then told me to turn my phone off & try again which I have done, I can now connect to the EE WIFI Auto but not the Virgin Media WiFi with my username & password.
So I got have of it working, they tried to call me back but we kept getting disconnected.

Are you able to call from another line?
