Hi
As the bill payer for my sons phone, I am unable to view his bills on my account.
when he logs onto his app, he also is unable to view the bill.
after numerous calls to EE, still unresolved - does anyone have any ideas?

@Micksterpat Are you switching the from your device to your sons device on your account? All devices on your account are viewable by clicking the three lines on the top left of the home screen then just to the side there is a downward facing arrow click that and from there you can select which device you want to look at. Unless you have gave your son your passcode to access your account he doesn’t have his own account to look at.
