Unable to complete transaction when upgrading

I have been trying to upgrade 2 phones I have on my account and every time i try to pay the upfront fee an error screen comes up and doent complete the transaction. Anyone else have this problem and how do i rectify it

What error message are you getting?

 

Could you try using a different browser to see if that helps?
