Unable to add new devices - broadband

While the internet is working fine and most pr4e-connected devices are working fine, I cannot add a new device. Help!

Hi - no error messages but good news. By restarting the router using the admin facility, it has cleared the issue. new devices are now adding normally

What happens when you try to add a new device?

 

Do you get an error message?
