I have recently upgraded my phone and pre ordered the galaxy note 20 Ultra, The first order(even though I changed my address online) Did not go threw properly due to incorrect address. I have I have phone earlier today to ask about the upgrade and was told this so they reordered my phone and started the new plan. I have rang back a hour ago to check as I received no confirmation email. I have They then told me the plan has been changed but my phone was not ordered correctly. I have now apparently got the phone ordered (Third time on phone again to advisor). I have I STILL HAVE No confirmation email! What should I do?
