How do I turn the internet off on certain devices.

@Footiemad2020 If this device is on your EE account you can also do this there. This will stop the device from using cellular data. Open the my EE app and click the 3 lines top left and select the device/user to see this device then go to settings and turn off “USE MOBILE DATA”
To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
