iPhone 12 Pro Max 512GB Graphite Stock Update

Hi,

 

I would like to ask when the stocks for the iPhone 12 Pro Max 512GB Graphite would be arriving as I was told that the stocks for this specification would be restocked this week and that I would get the phone by then. Thanking you in advance 😊

If anyone has ordered an iPhone 12 Pro Max 512GB variant here's a timeframe for when to expect your new iPhone. So I ordered my phone on the 22nd of December and I received my phone on the 16th of February. That is 56 days or a month and 26 days. Yours can arrive early or late.

My order tracker has moved to “dispatch expected within 24 hours” 

ive ordered the same phone as yourself however I placed this on the 26th November and I believe they are doing this on a first come first serve basis so there’s probably at least a 28 day waiting time from when you place your order

I know its not exactly the same model, but I ordered the 12 Pro Max 512gb in grey on the 27/11/20 and I still haven't received it. Today is now day 47 of waiting for delivery. At the time of order I was told 24/48hrs, this slowly crept up incrementally to 3-5 days, 7 days, 7-14 days, 14-21 days then finally within 28 days. as I said today is day 47, so to be honest, I wouldn't expect too much. Calling the EE customer service team or asking one of the advisors on here won't help either, they all just tell you the same thing, they'll ask what model, spec and colour, then tell you orders are being processed on a first come first served basis and you'll be notified by DPD when it is ready to be shipped. I've escalated my complaint twice now, and surprisingly I've not had a call back from EE at all to deal with my dissatisfaction. They even tried blocking me from here for telling others about the saga. The whole thing has turned into a bit of a joke. This is the first time I've ordered a phone and received all my accessories i.e. case, screen and lens protection, new leads and even the new USB C 20 amp plug (that is now required and not supplied) ordered and delivered before my phone!!! What's worse is EE are still taking orders for the devices knowing full well that they cannot deliver them when promised. Anyway, hope you get yours before Christmas 2021.

I completely agree with @LeJarde and it's the same with me all the accessories have arrived but not the phone like they should just say on the website the iPhone 12 Pro Max 512GB Graphite is out of stock and when the stock arrives deal with the customers currently on the backlog first and then switch it back to in stock because it's just a continuous cycle as people will assume it's in stock and order it and after ordering it find out it's out of stock.

I called today to see what's happening and the guy said the model is out of stock, I asked then why does it say it's in stock and he said it'll probably take 28 days to 2 months for the phone to arrive. So hope that can help people get a picture of what to expect.

Hi, I’m getting fed up too. I would reply on the forum but now, strangely, cannot connect to any topic referring to the iPhone 512 (just saying, could be my excellent 250mb fibre from another provider😀) so I’m trying a direct reply from email, let me know if it gets through.
One thing, as mine is an upgrade, my persistence with customer service got me £50 quid off my latest bill. I explained that I had paid for my last device and should only pay for the sim not the credit price for a device I own fully. Not the amount I would have hoped for but better than nothing.
As for stuff purchased for the phone that arrived quickly? An Otterbox and matching glass screen guard is sat waiting patiently for the new Pacific Blue unicorn.

Hope we all get our phones soon
