going round in circles trying to notify EE about the death of my father in law. They have sent us a payment reminder and I have tried several phone numbers but it goes round in circles as they want his phone number which I don’t know and there is no option to speak to an operator. Really not helpful plus there is no bereavement service number on their website. I’m just glad I am not with EE quite frankly. Any helpful advice please? might be nice to hear from EE themselves…

I've sent you a private message on the community, so I can take some extra details and help you with the account.
I hope to hear back from you soon.

Use the online form to tell EE about an account holder's death.
You’ll need:
- the account holder’s name and number
- a number to contact you on
When an account holder dies you can either:
- disconnect their broadband or number and close their account
- transfer the connection or number to someone else
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband
