Trying to buy a pay monthly tablet to add to my account, but every time I try it keeps taking me back to my account page and when my next upgrade date is. I don't have a mobile contract with EE as I bought my phone elsewhere. I have a sim only contract but it seems to be preventing from getting a tablet with them and I don't know what to do. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Are you trying to add a contract no. to a PAYG a/c?

I currently have a pay monthly contract sim only plan and do not have a device of kind.

So you currently have your MyEE with a contract no. Are you sure the tablet is also on a Pay Monthly contract & not on a recurring monthly (really 30 days) PAYG?

@Ecray1980 it may be that a fourth line needs to be approved before you can take a new product.
The best thing to do is have a chat with our customer care team, they'll be able to sort this for you.
