Hello,
Ive ordered a new EE pay monthly mobile contract and handset, the order is stuck a AWAITING CONFIRMATION and has been for a few days. I've tried calling into EE but i dont have an EE mobile number so the call platform rejects me, there isnt an online chat available either. called 150 put me through to BT who kindly tranfer me through but EE dont answer and cut the call off. Can I please get an update on my order??? I'm not having a great experince so far. 😔
My order no, is: xkoxxxxxxxxx 27/11/20.

FYI ALL,
My order progressed at midnight last night and DPD are expecting to deliver my phone tomorrow.
had confirmation emails from EE and DPD.

I'm starting to lose track tbh @katie but I'm pretty sure it was 14-21 days, so I'm still within the timeframe.
That said, according to other threads on here, people who ordered at the start of Nov have yet to receive phones, which suggests they will be taking priority over later orders.
I guess it depends if Apple can deliver a big enough shipment to EE, or if they are struggling so much with supply, that they are sending what they can, and dividing it up around the various phone companies?
