Hello,
Ive ordered a new EE pay monthly mobile contract and handset, the order is stuck a AWAITING CONFIRMATION and has been for a few days. I've tried calling into EE but i dont have an EE mobile number so the call platform rejects me, there isnt an online chat available either. called 150 put me through to BT who kindly tranfer me through but EE dont answer and cut the call off. Can I please get an update on my order??? I'm not having a great experince so far. 😔

I’m having the exact same issue, my partner joined the same day and has his new phone already and my order is stuck on awaiting confirmation like yours😭

I placed an order for an iPhone 12 Pro Max in Blue, on Friday 27/11. I know these new models will be in high demand and expected a delay but if you could give some info or chase this order up it would be apprectiated. I'll send you an e-card😉

Thanks for getting back to me.
I have checked our current delivery guidance for this device and can confirm for both the 128GB and 256GB they are available to order and to expect despatch within 14 days.
The 512GB memory is available to order and to expect despatch within 28 days.
As soon as your order progresses and your phone is ready to be delivered you will be notified.

@Katie_B - Hi Katie - that's the most optimistic update I've heard on delivery. I ordered a iPhone Pro 12 128Gb on 17/11, I've moved from 02, and I'm also locked in an 'Sorry, we can't show your order details right now.' on the tracker page.
Is that 14 day expected period realistic?
I've sold my phone and have defaulted to a battered on iPhone SE!
