OK got my 4GEE Home router up and running today, great!
Managed to find the bit to add another service to MYEE on the phone app (The online web version did not have an add another service option)
It asked me to confirm sort code and last 4 digits of bank account
Then got an email "Either you or one of your users has added a product in My EE. "etc
So looks like something took, but nothing appears in MYEE after an hour, just the PAYG SIM that I added last week.
Does it take some time, or hasn't it taken?
Or can't it be done?
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Ad the forum is asking me to identify the solution I reluctantly mark my own response as solution
Answer is that the web based MyEE (mac/safari) only allows one service to be added so I used the iphone MyEE app. Menu, manage another product.
Now I have my payg phone and my paym 4G broadband on one MyEE "account". The web service still only shows one.

As it was using a bank a/c for confirmation are you trying to add a contract no? You can't add a contract a/c to a PAYG. They don't mix.

Thanks for replying. Yes, the MyEE account already has a PAYG number and I added a PAYM number (4GEE Home Router 2).
Since I posted the question both services do now successfully appear in MyEE account but only in the iPhone MyEE app.
The online web service still seems to contain just the PAYG.
I will ignore the web version for the time being. It seems to have a problem!
Out of interest whilst logged-into MyEE, The "My Shop" does show the new PAYM number.
Weird or what.
